Risk Assessment for 10 Hospitals

Client REQUEST

The client required a security risk assessment of its 10 hospitals to understand and inventory the existing systems individually. The overall project is to standardize all 10 facilities on one security platform that could be accessible from a regional security operations center (RSOC). Emergency department, labor and delivery, pharmacy, behavioral mental health, and visitor management were to be specifically evaluated at each facility to determine an implementation strategy.

SOLUTION

Theseus provided the findings and data for the strategic implementation of the plan. By working with the primary security integrator, a preliminary solution was to implement a PSIM to provide immediate unification. The final plan is to standardize on one video management solution.
